Overall a good experience. Only issue involved some wall damage that I'm going to be charged for.

The two movers were exceptional, all of the office personal were excellent.

I used Two Men and a Truck for a local move, where I didn't have a TON of stuff, but the stuff I did have was pretty big and bulky. The movers arrived and were so friendly and the effort they put into getting my stuff moved out was fantastic. This was a tough move, with a long walk to the elevator to get out of my old place, and carrying furniture up and down stairs of my 3 story place at the new house. I was so impressed with the movers! I had a little mix-up with the office staff. I scheduled my appt. for a Saturday afternoon move, but my confirmation the day before indicated they would arrive 9-9:30am. I was pleased with the change of schedule; however that turned out to be a typo, so I waited around in the am, when they didn't actually arrive until 4:15. That was my only disappointment

I was very impressed with the move experience itself, particularly with the foreman of the move crew, Cornelius. He was extremely courteous and professional. Even though the move price was based on how long the move would take, Cornelius and others on the crew worked extremely fast, while still taking care of my belongings. I had assumed the move would cost on the upper end of the estimate I was given, when in reality, it came in near the lower end of the estimate. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again and will recommend you to anyone needing a mover.

Octavious and his team were on point. Very professional and courteous. They worked very fast while taking good care of our items.

Mike and Khyree were great. They were easy to communicate with, took great care of our items, and were amazingly fast. They were very kind to my daughter and wife, who were helping and organizing at various points. They were on top of everything. It's the BEST moving experience I've ever had and I will use Two Men and a Truck again and would highly recommend Mike and Khyree to anyone. They were great!

-Overall the move we had went OK. Some of furniture wasn't wrapped until they got it down to the truck- which was an issue because that same freight elevator is used to bring trash up and down.
-Time: 6 Hrs. to move a 1 bd.rm apartment is a bit excessive.
-The driver left the flashers on and the truck battery died.
-The other guy went and helped another person and we coudn't find him for 20 minutes, even after the truck was ready to go.
-One of the guys had exhaustion issues, it was a hot day but i provided them with water and powerades and he was seriously struggling to move the furniture towards the end of the day.
-There was slight damage to one or two pieces but we documented that at the end of the move with them.

I felt I overpaid given the level of service but it is what it is.

I have used Two Men and a Truck for several moves and am always pleased with the service. The movers (Tevin and I forgot the other young man's name) were wonderful. They were on time, very professional, respectful of our property and deserve to be commended for their hard work. Thank you all and you can count on my continued use of your services.

Moving is always a hassle but I was extremely pleased hiring Two Men. The team was prompt, worked quickly, and most importantly, pleasant. I would definitely use them again or recommend to others.

Michael and Junai were incredibly quick and competent in all facets of the job including packing, loading, and driving. I hope that they are being compensated accordingly! Thanks, Marko
