They arrived at 9:40 and advised that they were in a meeting and that is why they were late. Advised it would only take an hour to move out after assessing rooms and it took them 3 hours. Once they left the apartment for a 25 minute ride it took them an hour to get to the new apartment and when I asked the driver stated they had to “stop at the office for paperwork”. I told him they should not have done that during my time. I advised he needed to deduct that time which he did. I asked why it took three hours when he said it would only take 45 minutes to load up and he said it was because of the stairs and that’s extra. They also showed up very disheveled and not what Inexpected as representation of your company.

Ours was a small move, and Jamal (sp?) and Cornelius did a fine and efficient job of getting my wife’s studio moved to its new home. They arrived almost exactly at the front end of our move window, and gave me extra time after unloading the truck to finish reassembling my wife’s workbench, and helped get the bench top (the heaviest item in the load) in place.

Excellent movers, very conscientious, never complained and were flexible with all my stuff, even as I had to pack some of it while they were there.

I had guys unload a truck for me at my home, and move the contents into a garage. They were fantastic. Courteous, reliable, friendly, efficient. The guys I had, Cornelius and Jamel, were awesome. Will definitely use them again! Thank you

The one aspect of moving my mom from a condo to assisted living that went like clockwork. Got these gentlemen's info so I can request them by name. Too old and too busy to fool with truck rental etc. These guys were couteous, efficient, careful, and plesant. Well worth the money.

Overall the service was good but the communication was poor once the move was booked as no one communicated the time for the movers to begin would be from 1:00 P.M. TO 5:00 P.M. as this is too much of a variance. Also, the contract did not have my contact information since I was the one responsible for paying for the move.

There seemed to be some confusion on over what I submitted to move online and when the customer service rep called me.. The amount of furniture and the fact I had an additional stop was not on the order when the movers arrived...
That said the movers completed everything I needed to get completed and did an amazing job. They were courteous, helpful and professional.. I will use you guys again should I ever move and recommend your services..
