We were moving an older relative’s condo. It was very messy and filled with objects we were not taking. The movers were friendly and never complained. We tried to convince our relative to use your packing service but he wanted to do it himself.

Overall my experience was very good. I had used Two Men ans a Truck a few years ago for a local move. This time I was moving to another state, but wanted to use Two Men and a Truck because I had had a good experience before and because they had a good reputation for interstate moves as well.
I only have two complaints. They disassembled my bed, but did not reassemble it correctly so I had to take it apart and redo it. It’s not that big a deal, but as a single woman, it’s a lot of work. Plus, for what I was charged for the little I moved, the bed reassembly should have not been an issue.
I also REALLY did not appreciate them asking for a tip. I planned to tip and did tip them each $100, but I thought tips were optional and did not appreciate at all being asked for one.
