We have used this organization before. I have DAMAGE in my rental home and am facing loss of my security deposit because of the marks and holes the team left on the walls. In my new home, they loss the screws to my daughter's mirror so it is still sitting on the floor, they tried to keep the wires from my husband's tv and not until he said he would come outside and go on to the truck to get them did they bring them inside to him. The rubber stoppers to stabilize the glass tops for my tables are missing and the furniture placed in the basement was left in the middle of the floor I guess because they got tired. We have called the office and the corporate office as per their own policies seeking assistance to no avail. Legal action is my next step. We are shocked and disappointed.

Overall my last experience was horrible. I moved before from a 3 bedroom to another 3 bedroom and only had two guys moving and it was good. Now I had 3 guys sent, they were lazy, and unprofessional, broke a couple of stuff, took way longer than 2 guys, even when I had an emergency case, they were still slacking out. And I haven't heard ard from the office regarding this at all even though I called them

Our experience was great! Movers were on time, prepared, and courteous. We will definitely be returning customers!

The services provided were completed in a timely matter. And the overall appearance and services were professional. Wouldn't think of not using this company in the future for moving.

Initial experience was wonderful. Staff was friendly & accommodated my needs. Confirmation email sent. At 8:50am move day, call confirming my move for the following day was rec'd! The pick-up and drop off spots were in a high-rise w/ paid reservations & time slot for service elevator. No flexibility in date/time. Your ofc knew my situation. The staff apologized & got me a truck. I was promised a call by 11:30am, which never came. At 1:30pm, the crew arrived COMPLETELY UNAWARE of my situation. I cannot say enough about this CREW!! PHENOMENAL!!
For my inconvenience, I rec'd a minimal credit of $75 for the travel charge. The lack of customer service the morning of my move and subsequently leaves allot to be desired! Building management is aware of how my move was handled!

My initial conversations with customer service staff went very well. They assured me not only that this move for a mother and daughter would be treated with care, but that also my special item, a piano, that I paid extra for, was something that Two Men was experienced to handle, and that this also would be treated with care. While the three moving staff assigned to my daughter's and my move were generally nice people, they did not secure my piano correctly in the moving truck, resulting in the two front legs being broken off in transport. Additionally, I paid for a queen-size mattress pad that was not provided, the men did not take all the boxes/items I indicated should go on this main move, and one of the movers dropped a shelf on my leg, bruising my knee.

This is the second time that I have worked with this crew, everything was smooth from the time setting up with the office to the guys handling the move. Thanks for being consistent.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was outstanding. Will and Bakari were exceptional movers. They were timely, careful with my belongings, and very professional in character. I will definitely recommend them and your company to others.

The movers had a great attitude and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs.
