Everything was excellent until the movers ran over the mailbox on their way out. They reported it and now Larry at the office seems to be dragging his feet. The mailbox is available online and I told him that, but he wants receipts and pictures. I don't think he feels like he should replace it and pay for installation. He knows it happened the movers reported it. This was an expensive interstate move and the least Larry should do is expedite the replacement and installation; I can't get mail with it on the ground and I told him that already. Also I made two payments before my move and Larry only had one recorded so he would have overcharged me $1700 if the first credit card had gone through.

Was positive last time and very positive again. Very satisfied customer.

All three men were outstanding and I would highly recommend them!

Chet, Waddell, DeWarren,and Mike were professional, courteous, and efficient, start to finish. The moving team made a stressful day into one that was actually pleasant. They took extra care with my belongings and showed me respect and kindness. I would recommend and have recommended them again and again.

My initial contact with Two Men and a Truck was so much better than the other companies I had called. The person who answered the phone was very informative as to how to use their services. No sales pressure as from other companies and lots of good information.
The day of the move I had made an error by not responding to the email to confirm. When I called Oliver made the move happen even tho my mistake caused no move to be planned. He was helpful and nonjudgmental even tho it was my mistake. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of a mover.
