Overall excellent. First people to ever move one of our heavy yet fragile peices without breaking part of it. Super friendly and helpful movers. Took a really long time for the insurance document to be sent to me, however.

Packing was great. Movers were rushed and don’t have enough supplies. They damaged several things and stripped bolts on my bed, so it. Any be put together until fixed.

Took convincing to move my couch. movers were certain it wouldn't fit an elevator to which it did. They seemed unwilling to take the stairs if necessary. I asked my movers if they "would like something to drink?" to which they responded "no but we want a fat tip". I used to work for tips and would never say that to a customer.
