After a rough start, the move went great. The team arrived an hour late and there was no cummunication. We had to call the office 4 times to get a reason. Once they arrived the team was awesome. Darius and his team were great to work with. They more than made up for the late start. We were very pleased with them. They moved us in half the time of other movers that stood around and argued with each other. We wipild definitely use them again. There just need to be more communication as to when the team is in their way and when they will arrive.
Chet was also a pleasure to work with. I have a “good” rating to the office staff because they were hard to reach and it took 4 calls to get an answer.

Having used this franchise before, I trusted the same peace of mind offered with my previous moves would extend forward to this one. It did not. From breaking my landlords irrigation system by rolling over it with their truck to pushing my furniture across my hardwood floors that were refinished a week prior- leaving huge dents and scratches, the move left me in tears. When I made the movers aware of what they had done, there was apology from two movers, and one went and sat in the truck the last hour. The manager came out to take pictures of the irrigation system and told me to file a claim Monday on that and the floors, now no one will answer my calls at the office. Terrible business practices and lack of care is the reputation your company is leaving me with.

They handled my small move very well. Many other moving companies would not take on such a small move as mine. I appreciate their willingness to provide any service required by the customer. Thank you.

Overall experience was great. I would recommend and use Two Men again. My only minor issue is poor communication around my furniture items needing to be protected while in storage as well as being moved.

Howard & Karl were amazing!! Super nice and professional. Made the terrible process of moving much more enjoyable!

Anthony and Juwan were incredibly professional. They did not waste any time and were very thorough. They were a great team.

The movers arrived promptly and were very courteous. I am not sure what type of moves your company does, but the care they took with an antique piano was below average and they almost broke it on the way out of the house. We have several expensive items and they came through the move dinged up and scratched. The house had been freshly painted and one door had to be repaired and repainted.
