I paid for a 26 foot truck. What I received was a 26 foot truck which arrived with 2-3 feet of it taken up with someone else’s stuff. I didn’t order or pay for a partially empty truck. There were a few thing that I now have to move myself that couldn’t be fit into the truck. That costs me time, fuel and the risk of injury of having to move some larger items myself that I didn’t plan on. It also concerns me that that much of someone else’s stuff was left behind on a truck. I feel like I was overcharged because I did not get the full truck that I paid for, concerned about the quality as a large amount of someone else’s items were left behind, and now have to move more items myself. I would not recommend two men and a truck because of this.

i paid for a mattress bag. none was used, they moved the mattress box springs and mattress without any bag.
i was told the movers would disassemble my entertainment center and canopy bed, i discussed this at length with the office manager who set up my order, he assured me they would do this, not only did my son have to take care of disassembling and assembling BOTH pieces, i had to go purchase a socket set for the bolts used on the bed. the movers had NO IDEA how to take care of this task nor the tools to do it.
my bedroom furniture was just placed in the room and not at all where it belonged, not even against the wall, much less centered, nor where i wanted it.
they ran out of steam at the end of the day. the positive? they were courteous and hard working on a hot summer day.

The guys were attentive to my needs and worked at an unbelievable pace to complete the local move as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

The two guys that moved my home were better than expected. They completed the job very quickly, much more than I expected. They were also kind enough to move an old couch outside. They worked extremely hard to get the job done as fast as possible while making sure things were taken care of.

We used 2 men and a Truck to move our daughter into her dorm. The 2 fellows were very professional, friendly, courteous and efficient; completing the job in under the two hour minimum. They taped up several boxes to make sure they were secure and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The team of guys that showed up was great and that worked very hard! They were very professional.

Correspondence was great.
Arrived on time and got right to work.

The gentlemen moving were excellent. Courteous and concerned. I did have some scratches on the wood floors in 2 rooms, possibly needed more training? I paid for packing of my crystal and when unpacking one of my grandmother's wine glasses was broken and it appeared it was wrapped that way. Overall they were good, the team leader was A+.
