DJ and his team moved us last June and we requested him this time as well. They did a great job and were very quick with our move! All of our items were wrapped securely and well taken care of during the process.

The office admin team were courteous and professional. There was a 'glitch' where my initial $300 deposit on Jan 9 didn't show up in the system, and the scheduler on Jan 12 indicated that my move for Jan 15 wasn't yet scheduled because of that. I paid an additional $300 on Jan 14 and the movers did show up on the 15th (whew). I later called and had the extraneous $300 deposit refunded promptly.

My team showed up on time, were pleasant and accommodating, and were really good sports when my couch wouldn’t fit through the front door of the new house and had to be taken back to the old house. Even with the extra stop, they finished within the time frame originally quoted. Thank you for a smooth experience!

Two men and a truck have recently helped me out twice! I actually tried another company just to see how they did and was so dissatisfied, I called two men and a truck! Like the time before, I was completely satisfied with the office. They willingly went above and beyond, at no extra costs. The movers also not only went above and beyond but they were effecient, careful, & professional.

The actual moving team we had was wonderful. Andrew and Corey worked hard, quickly, and carefully. They even stuck with the job after having already moved someone else for 10 hours earlier the same day.

Something needs to change with the estimation process though. My movers arrived over 5 hours late because the precious job went over. I was given $50 as compensation. Unacceptable.
