We had 5 men and 2 trucks (1 man at no charge). The crew was great as far as pleasant and very hard workers. We were very satisfied and it wasn't until the very end that we realized many items were being brought in "upside down". Once we began to unpack things, it was then we realized that items such as dressers and chests had been turned on their sides and the items in the drawers were askew. Other than a bit of a mess, and a few scratches on a couple of legs on dining chairs, the move and crew were great. I must say it was a long and blistering hot day for the 5 men, so I really want to say they did an excellent job overall. They could not have been nicer, and were very willing to do anything asked of them I would certainly recommend your team. Thank you.

The movers were very polite and worked hard. They did not goof off or waste time. I was impressed with their efforts to get the job down. However, there were a couple of problems. One of the suction cups to hold the glass top onto the coffee table was lost and the dining room table plus two chairs are now wobbly were they were balanced before the move. I am ordering replacement suction cups from my furniture company. Because of my physical condition, I have to get someone to help me balance my dining room table and chairs.

The office staff was extremely rude! Our movers were 3 hrs late to our move despite the movers telling us that they were at the office waiting on 1 driver by 7:30 am. The manager lied to me telling me they were waiting on a guy stuck in traffic then later said he pulled a man of another job to complete my job. Every manager I spoke with basically said they were doing me a favor by showing up at all. Very poor attitudes by all management in the office. The movers were unable to fit everything in the trucks bc it was poorly loaded despite us telling them what items were heavy. We had to rent a uhaul the next day costing us $300. We will never use 2 men and a truck again despite being long time customers.

Extremely slow workers.
My family had to help unload or they will never had finished.
They dont move an entire floor completely. Everything is half done.
They still didn’t finished because they were tired,
Scratch the floor, the laundry room and my walls.

We have used the company in the past and we where very satisfied but this experience was not close to our others. The 2 young men had very poor work ethic and attitude. They broke things and laughed after doing so, complained to superior workers that they are not picking up a desk because it was too heavy. They filled the truck (improperly) and when they said they were leaving I asked when they would be back to finish and they said they are not coming back we had to call the office and they made the come back and then all they did was complain that it was already 1. They filled the truck again wrong (I never seen movers fill the truck like them) and said we are leaving and I said but you still have stuff to put in the truck, please wait a minute my boss will be her in a moment and laughed

We were in a real bind of having to finish up the last part of a move (the basement) and had run out of time because of closing date and more importantly the baby was coming that day! Had used company (maybe it was different office) 2 or 3 times so was thrilled that they were available to help. Office person very kindly asked many questions about items to be moved and we agreed to pricing. Movers came and were working hard along with 2 family members. I soon got a call listing all of the things (that we had previously talked about before booking) they would not be able to move. In the end we had to scramble to find another truck and several immediate family members missed birth of 1st son. Issue was the office person not being honest about what they would do. Movers themselves were great

Thought the move ha d gone reasonable well until I went back to the old house! Great quantities of things left, all lamps piled in middle of living room, odds and ends all over, bedding, innumerable items. I was told refrigerator would not fit in new space so left in garage, it does fit and now in place! We have contacted local office. Not at all pleased with this service and little excuse.

A few things were broken which is to be expected however, a piece of furniture was broken, placed in basement anyway and nothing was said to us.
We had an incident at the old house and had a claim filed, now no one is calling me back.

I labeled each box with where it went and thought that’s what they were doing but when I started unpacking noticed they took all boxes in their load to wherever the top box said. Totally unacceptable. I paid for someone to put boxes where they go to help me but instead I’m spending all my time carrying boxes to the correct room

Arrived late. Four guys, only one of whom was friendly. Most ignored directions for disassembling and reassembling antique furniture. Used shrink wrap [it seemed] only to keep drawers from sliding. Legs and corners that sustain most damage were uncovered. Previous team wrapped everything in moving blankets, then shrink wrap over that. This team must have piled things atop each other as several pieces have chair leg indentations and serious scrapes on leather and tabletops. Failed to place furniture in bonus room. Left furniture all over and unassembled. Tried to leave without finishing despite giving them all generous tips. Wife stopped the trucks and made two of the guys (reluctantly) assist with desk reassembly. They were petulant and the desk still isn't right. Never again.

The 3 men sent out worked very hard and I had several very heavy items. Unfortunately, several pieces of my furniture did sustain damage in the move, and I've yet to hear back from the office manager regarding filing the claim that we discussed via telephone during his follow-up phone call. That was Tuesday, April 23...today's date is Saturday, May 4. I've emailed photos of the damage, but as yet have not received a response via email or telephone. A bit disappointed...
