Compared to other moving companies, the crew was great. However, after the move I saw some things I didn't pay close enough attention to during the move. The only packing I requested was in my kitchen. However, everything that wasn't in a box throughout my home went into a box - including personal items I had set aside to go in my car. There were also some bags of trash I planned to take to the dumpster. Those were packed as well. And yes, the movers were advised. I ended up paying over $90 for these boxes, not including the time involved. This was a little disheartening. I also lost a piece of antique furniture that hasn't been located to date. In all, the movers were friendly and helpful. The lead tried to stay on top of things, but the other person was a bit scattered.

These two men were great -- they could THINK. I gave them direction about what was going where in the new house and they got it!!! I mean they really listened and understood and remembered. And they were very pleasant to work with! (I did give them a spindle off a cherry canopy bed to replace. The last "Two Mean and a Truck" lost one -- the bed is supposed to have 4 and there is only one. I have spoken to management about this)

These guys did a great job moving my daughter’s stuff from an apartment to a condo. Good natured, good attitude.

The only problem we had was with the insurance. We assumed that it was a matter of good, better, best, but that was not the case. The insurance you had to pay extra for really only applied for expensive furniture, not the basic stuff my daughter had. So what minor damage there was didn’t even meet the deductible with the extra policy we paid for. However if we had not paid for anything there would’ve been some compensation. So be sure to read the insurance terms and conditions. Their ad says they treat your furniture like it was their grandma’s. But the terms and conditions for their insurance don’t work like grandma would want them to.

Would like to put in a claim for one study table chair with a slight tear . What is the procedure?

Very disappointed with the way the situation with our damaged furniture was handled. We will not be using your service ever again and will not be recommending Two Men and a Truck to friends/family. Very rude office team and poor customer service.

Severe damages to my wood furniture. Washer and dryer not running properly after move. Thankfully took out insurance. Furniture repaired and was told washer and dryer would be repaired also only to receive an email a few days later stating the washer and dryer wouldn’t be repaired as we could not prove it was your fault even though we took out insurance in case something like this happened. Very rude and antagonistic exchange. Would not recommend this Two Men & a Truck location. Will not use again.

Both gentlemen were on time and performed everything in a timely manner. The truck broke down on the way to my new home but that’s not their fault. The guys didn’t break anything and took care of all of my belongings. My only gripe was that they lost some of the screws for my armour/mirror, so they weren’t able to fully put it back together the way it was before (which means I’ll have to do it myself). Other than that they did fantastic.

Team members were courteous but slow and very unorganized. My family moved half the furniture up to the truck and into the house. They had problems figuring out how the truck needed to be loaded. They dropped our washer, damaged several pieces of brand new furniture, and dented bent other stuff. I would never recommend this service to anyone. If we had not prepped most all of our furniture and helped move half the furniture, the bill would have run about 1500.00 to 2000.00!!!!
