The first 2 times we used you we were very happy with the service. This third time , we were not happy at all. The movers were slow, unprofessional, lazy, and unfriendly. They brought the wrap in but only wrapped one item. The two previous teams wrapped just about everything. They were not careful with our items.

SHOWED ON TIME, COURTEOUS. WORKED HARD THE ENTIRE MOVE. ONLY COMPLAINT AT ALL WAS THEY DID NOT COME WITH ENOUGH BOXES FOR PACKING. THAT MEANT MANY ITEMS HAD TO BE CARRIED OUT, ONE ITEM AT A TIME. OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH THE TWO MEN WHO HELPED US MOVE!

Kyle and his team were outstanding. Please consider a name tag for movers to assist clients in calling movers by name. We had four movers for our move, and I had trouble remembering each one's name and thanking them by name.

The movers who showed up went above and beyond expectations with time and help. As a single women, I felt very comfortable with my movers. Brooks seemed to lead the team and was very courteous and reassuring in the process.

The only small issue for myself, a third man showed up which, if you’re a tipper like me, required me to have a 3rd tip when I was already strapped for money. (they do not require a tip, but of course a tip should be added to any service in my opinion)
If you have a large move, I most definitely recommend Two Men.

A very well run organization with top notch movers.

A lot of damages to my furniture and walls, submitted a damage report but didn't hear back from anyone at the office yet.
My leather reclining sofa is damaged
My dresser is damaged
Walls are deeply scratched

First, the team that moved us were Curtis, Ashton, Keith, and Sampson. These four men were outstanding and that is even an understatement. They were personable, courteous, respectful and took care of our household items as if they were their own. I can't thank them enough and you all should be proud to have them as part of your team. Not one single item was damaged, not one wall marked our scuffed in our new home. They worked hard, explained every step of the process and were a pleasure to be around!

I have used your service many time before. always great service. BUT your questions on this survey, while there are only a few: There are redundant.

Movers accidently broke the legs to an armoire, but immediately pointed out the damage and the company satisfactorily paid for the damage to the item. Aside from this issue, the move went extremely well and I would recommend the company to others.

Third time using Two Men & Truck. Always a great experience and recommend to friends and family.
