The entire move team was friendly, professional, and helpful. They were very careful with both my furniture as well as walls, doorways, and floors. I was very pleased.

Had used 2 men & a truck twice before. Only this time, I moved out of state. Dominic and David were excellent. Very efficient in packing our things on the truck. Dominic had to undo a very large desk and put it back together. Excellent on both ends. Both were very professional, respectful, punctual and personal. Would recommend these 2 to move anyone.

Movers were slow, had damaged furniture, flooring and house door. They almost dropped the refrigerator and were arguing with each other during the move.

Office manager came to the home to give us a quote to include move of a baby grand piano. When movers showed up, they said they were not qualified to move a piano. First the manager tried to say I told him I was going to have someone else move the piano. Then he relented that he made a mistake & just didn't schedule the right team. We had 4 guys & two trucks. The senior guy was courteous & a hard worker but he was unable to manage his crew (lots of standing around, goofing off & waiting for someone to tell them what to do). Needless to say, the move took way longer than it should have. In our previous move, we had 3 guys & the same furniture & it only took 8 hours. This move took 11 with one more guy & one more truck. There was damage to furniture & have yet to hear any response.

My crew was very courteous, professional, and diligent, especially the team leader. GREAT JOB!

We had a complicated two day move from an apartment and storage facility. Estimate was accurate and the movers did an outstanding job. Two of them worked with us both days and they were as good at the end of day 2 as at the beginning of day 1.

Overall the move went smoothly. There were a few issues at the end: 1) movers left one of their shirts and a pair of sweat pants at the house 2) I did not have the opportunity to walk the truck so a ladder was left on it 3) several calls to the office and the ladder was to be brought to the apartment on Saturday - no show. I still have the workers' clothing and a roll of shrink back to swap out for the ladder. Missing one shoe as well. I will be back at work Monday so have no idea when I will get my property back or be able to return their clothing and shrink wrap unless it is in the evening this week. I expect a call.

I have used two men and a truck for numerous moves here in GA, but never the Alpharetta location. Wow!!I must say i was totally impressed, especially with Sharon she was so amazing. My moving team (RJ, SAMPSON & STEPHEN that moved me, they was EXCELLENT. Very courteous, caring, professional, and they did the job fast. I can't say anything except I look forward to using two men in a truck in the future and wil refer then to anyone who mentions their moving.

Online quick detail of the job made things really easy. Only company of several that actually gave a written quote. Day of the move was a little bit of a let down with a scheduled appointment at 9am not happening until 2pm on account of a broken truck. They were quick to call early and let me know the issue, but follow up from the office staff could have been more proactive to keep me in the loop, but they did make things right when it came to the final bill due to the inconvenience.

When the movers arrived they were quick to get the job complete despite the setbacks. Alex and Quinn both took extra care to ensure all of my items we wrapped and went the extra mile to ensure nothing scratched the hardwood floors at the new home.

Good service despite a "hiccup" that wasn't expeted.
