They are fast and efficient. Carefully caring for each piece of furniture. Each member of the moving team was very personable and curtious. Will definitely hire again when house is ready to remove furniture from storage. Excellent.

Iandamp;acirc;ve used two men before and this was the best experience yet. All 3 guys were super friendly, polite and wanted to get it done. No slackers, very profefssional. What they do is not easy, and they didnandamp;acirc;t complain in a 3 story house. I was very thankful. I was happy to go get them a Mountain Dew and tipped them.

Did not like the conversation with the office / sales person. Tried to oversell. I knew exactly what Iandacirc;??d need and felt he was trying to take advantage. The movers were great (as always). This was my 3rd move with TMandamp;T and I will use them again.

First--your movers were excellent and the office staff was courteous. However, twice by phone there was a mix up in communication.
The first time, the person could not get to the proper forms on her computer and the wait time was so long that I, who had another appointment, had to go. She indicated she would finish up all registration on her own, and I thought I had a reservation. A few weeks later, when I called to confirm, she told me that in order to complete the reservation I had needed to give her a credit card number so she never completed it. I wasn't told that initially. I had to reschedule a date as a result. The second time, the office marked our move to Good Will--though all that I said was that we might need to take a few left over items there if need be.

I think your cost estimate was extremely out of line. I used Two Men and A Truck earlier this year and moved 900 miles for the price I was charged on this move going not even half the distance. The movers were excellent and hard workers. No time wasted.
