Underestimated scope of move. Some movers were not trained well. Most ( Reggie and Jamie worked very hard. Poor supervision. Did not boxes.

Both the Tera in the office and especially the moving crew at the scene were excellent. The moving crew was careful and skillful in moving heavy furniture items from our old to new house. The new house presented entrance challenges for a large expensive piece that the crew overcame by using a back entrance. They were communicative as they left their previous moving job and came to ours, then moved us quickly.

This is the fourth move using Two Men AND A TRUCK! From the time I contacted the office to schedule my move until the drivers drove off after they finished, the experience was perfect! The office staff and movers were courteous and professional. I have never been disappointed! Thanks for a great move!

Treadmill: is missing the knob that lowers the track
Time: I was told that 3 guys and a truck should be about 7 hours. They arrived at 9:30am (scheduled for 9) said they would have us loaded between 12 and 1. They did not arrive to the new location until 3:50pm... They did not leave the new location until 8:15pm. I understand a lunch break but not on my time for nearly 3 hours. I have been charged for 10.5 hours. This should be max of 7.5 or 8 hours. The understanding with the office when we booked is what I was willing to pay. The max charge of 960.00 not the 1500.00 that I paid.
Beer was taken from the old locations outside frig... 1 case of can Miller Lite

We were so happy with the movers. They did a great job. They finished so much faster than I expected and they did a wonderful job. We were really treated with care. So thankful for the fantastic help.

I am so happy with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. Your company was recommended to me by my brother. Everybody was great. Your office staff was excellent. They explained everything well and were extremely courteous. PJ and Jamie were great. They treated my furniture better than I treat it. They were extremely courteous, efficient, and fast.
