My only complaint was that the day before the move, after all arrangements had been made and confirmed, someone in the sales office called and insisted that we needed two trucks. TMAAT had moved this particular household twice before and one truck was sufficient. They insisted I sign a two truck waiver. What a way to treat a repeat customer, trying to gouge. One truck was enough and as proof they were done in five hours, with one truck and three men, who were super cooperative, careful, and helpful.

<div>I&#39;m so glad you had a excellent move experience. I apologize for any confusion that may have taken place regarding the waiver for the second truck. Unfortunately we&#39;ve had customers in the past, even repeat customers, that had more items than what was discussed over the phone and it required a second truck to get the remaining items. We always want to properly manage expectations and inform customers if there is a potential that there may be a need for an additional truck; not to gouge anyone for cost, but to help manage expectations. I&#39;m so glad we were able to get everything moved with one truck and take care of everything for you.</div>

The moving experience itself was excellent. Absolutely no complaints. Two Men and a Truck was a huge life saver as my husband had just had hip replacement surgery and we were about to begin kitchen renovations. My only suggestion is that the office staff clearly tell the customer that they are paying for travel time to and from location. We were not aware of that detail. Perhaps my error but we were a bit surprised at the end when bill was presented. Otherwise . . . great experience and will definitely use again.

The service, attention to detail, courteousness and speed of my crew was outstanding I'm every respect. The price also was very reasonable. I was kept abreast of every development in advance. I highly recommend your superb services.

Had to ask for my travel charge to be revised and did not receive confirmation email of that. Movers took 30 minutes to arrive to my new home when it should have been a 10 minute drive from my old home, so I am not sure what they did in between locations. They then had me meet them at the leasing office Instead of following my directions to lead them to my apartment #. They asked me take the glass pieces of my desk because they said they would break in the truck, but previous moves with this company agreed to move them. Overall the job got done within the two hour minimum and they did a good job.

The office staff (Lisa) was awesome to work with and was very helpful and clear. However, I was disappointed with the 2 guys who were here moving of the furniture. They were late to start. They were VERY slow as they were just walking around (with no furniture in their hands) and it felt like if we didn't stay right with them or give them constant instruction they would not really be working. If they didn't know what exactly they were supposed to be doing they could have easily come and asked us because we were both in the house. At one point I saw one of them walking around the parking lot on his phone and the other one was sitting in the truck like he was finished. There was furniture still to move and they hadn't moved hardly anything to require any kind of a break. Just seemed lazy.

The service was excellent, and the two men who came were quick to learn which items went where and to ask to be sure they were taking them to the right place. They were also careful. The phone choices (when calling back to rate the service) were ambiguous.

The crew were great, but did not place some heavy pieces where instructed. Also did not remove wrap from several pieces.

Guys did not work hard and move took twice as long as quoted. And cost twice as much. Not because it was more but because the guys did not work hard. Minimal on site supervision. Caught them opening jewelry boxes as well as looking through credit card statements. Minimal regard for our stuff. Much Broke, dirty and destroyed. Would not take boxes. Office staff called 3-5 times and provided minimal support. Epic failure. Our third but last move with two men in a truck. Our neighbor asked for a referral and we said anyone not two men in a truck. Boxes half packed but much not packed at all and we had to pack and move 8 truck loads ourselves. Something has changed since our last two moves.

For the most part the move was excellent with one exception. When we went back over to the old house we noticed a lot of stuff did not get moved. We worked for about 2 hr and had two car loads of stuff that they missed. I guess it’s partly our fault for not looking over the house before we left. I took pictures of some of the stuff. The guys did a great job in protecting our stuff. No damage. The cost surprised me the estimate was off several hundred dollars.

James and Jamie were very professional about their job as well as taking their responsibility seriously. They understood my requests and carried them out perfectly. They are a great team. An asset to the company. The paper work involved was handled and explained in an efficient manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.
