My moving day was completely painless. The guys were professional, personable, and careful with the items I needed to move. They managed to maneuver a very heavy dresser, this was the only item I was really concerned about during the move, but it seemed to give them little to no issues. I'm happy with my experience and I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

On the day of our item to be moved, Cedric and Terrance, where here promptly, came in and introduced theirselves, looked at what we had for them to move, they went out and their equipment and got right to work! The carried the extremely heavy item up 17 stairs, on step at a time, and made to the top! They placed the item exactly where we wanted it to go and we then asked them if they could help us move 1 more thing and they jumped right on it and got that item placed! Very nice men hard working acted like gentlemen - would have them back again! Thank you for your time and service!

My first call to make inquiry regarding the move was handled by Von. She was terrific. I got a call back from Von checking on our plans, etc. That was impressive and showed that Two Men and a Truck was interested -- good business. We set a date. Three men and a truck arrived on time, we went through the paperwork, walked the premises and they began moving the boxes and furniture. The men were lovely. They worked very efficiently and were careful and extremely well prepared and organized. They drove to the new location and once again showed their efficiency and good planning. The job was done very quickly. It was a terrific move!!!! We were so happy to have the move behind us and the men did an excellent job. We would recommend Two Men and a Truck very highly.

Overall, we were pleased with the Co. You were timely with your schedule. The biggest problem (and we are still dealing with the results); is many items got scattered and placed in the storage that should have come to the apartment. Some personal tools were pushed to back of garage/ furniture placed in front of it and a complete line of boxes stacked in front of all the furniture. Then more furniture placed in front of boxes. There was not any kind of pathway to get to anything. We are discovering that we are going to have to take stacks of boxes down and just sort thru and try to find what we are missing. The packers lack vision of order what the people who are moving, need to have related items packed together & properly marked. Think there is boxes of food in garage, still. TK.U

Though we had had a good experience before which was the reason we chose You, this time was not a good experience at all. Our dissatisfaction came from a policy that places the burden of a needed tow truck on the movers or the customer. Why? Neither of us were at fault - it was a communication mishap which shouldn’t have resulted in either of us paying for the necessary tow truck. The “supervisors” at the office were unhelpful and inflexible. The movers themselves were lovely and did not agree that either of us should be charged. My rating does not reflect them. It is the stated company policy named above and the fact that the “supervisors” were so unwilling to listen to our situation & make it right by all. Very disappointed. Will not use in the future.

We have this policy in place for a number of reasons: 1) to keep people safe so that trucks don't slide and endanger people in or around the truck, 2) to keep from damaging grass or utilities due to the weight of the truck, and 3) to prevent damaging the trucks if they have to get towed because of how they have to secure the tow line to the truck sometimes. We informed you of the risks and challenges of driving on the grass, and informed you of our policy when we were asked to drive on the grass. Due to all the rain that has occurred lately, we informed you that there was a good chance we'd get stuck even though the yard was fairly flat. We were told it would be fine and that you still wanted us to drive on the grass and park in front of the home to help things go faster. Our guys proceeded with parking on the grass because you were adamant about us doing so and this resulted in us getting stuck like we said might happen; and a tow truck was required to get unstuck. Again, I'm sorry this resulted in a negative experience for you. If you would like to discuss things further, please feel free to call our office. Thank you.</div>
