Mattress was not put into a bag that was purchased (and then refunded). As a result, mattress (that was only 3 months old) was dirty from the move. Certain pieces of wood furniture were not wrapped for protection - specifically headboard and footboard. Move out of building took about an hour, but then movers took a 45 minute break so I needed to wait at storage facility for them to show back up. One mover was very friendly and helpful, while the other mover was very aloof and would not even look at me. Felt very uncomfortable. I have used this company in the past in CT and did not have the same issues. Overall they did a good job, but having to wait for 45 minutes was a big imposition on my time as I was waiting to go back to work after move was complete.

There were 2 men one was excellent I hated to give a bad survey on him .however the other man was constantly complaini ng cursing His boss . he was frustrated and snappy. His slowness made the other man Omar work. 2 times as hard. Which cost me moremoney.the one man that was not professional while complaining and not watching broke a piece. Of a dresser made in 1940. My 94 year old mom was upset . I will never use 2 man and a truck again. I have used you guys 2 or 3 times this was the last. The unprofessional guy needs firering. I told his boss so when the called me on the damages.this was a bad experience in not happy.

The moving team was great. They were all friendly and polite. They worked quickly but could have done a little better protecting some furniture pieces. The office staff was wonderful and very helpful before and after the move. Still working on getting a few things fixed but I’m certain they will be corrected to our satisfaction.

Your team did a great job, overall. We've had minimum breakage of items that were moved and nothing to claim on the insurance. The biggest challenges occurred with: timing and logistics. These are small matters, but I was told the crew would be there at 8:15 am on the start day. They didn't arrive until after 9 am. They worked hard and got it done. They didn't bring any water or food with them. I'd like to see management better prepare them with what they need for the day to be well taken care of.

When the first truck was full, the owner of the company initially told me it was my responsibility to handle the rest of the items that didn't fit. He later fixed this by bringing a second truck, but I didn't appreciate that he started by telling me it was my job to get the rest of the items.

A china cabinet hutch with a mirror built into it was broken. Other than that everything went very well.

Extreme honostly noted with movers. Behind furniture was a gold bracelet and they went out of their way to place it in my hands. That showed me how honest and trustworthy they were.

I was a little mislead when I was told my furniture would be stored on site, in a fenced in compound, with 24 hour video surveillance.
When I arrived I was told that my items will be stored off site in a “sub-contracted” storage unit, which is not fenced and does not have cameras. The storage units were in poor condition and had to be hammered closed in order to secure the roll up door. My items had to be stored in 2 separate units as the size was too small.
If I was told this prior, I would have selected my own storage facility that was in fact more secure and closer to my future home (which is being built).
Most units have an insurance policy for theft, the unit I am in, does not.
Not happy knowing my belongings are in these units for several months!!!!

We do ask that customers reserve their storage unit when they book their move since it is a first come first serve; otherwise, if they wait until move day to secure storage then units may not be available. The off site units are right by our office and we check on these units regularly. I am glad that the move itself went very well and we look forward to helping you move again to your new home.</div>

This was my first time using Two Men and a Truck and it was a great experience! My items were handled with care and everything made it to the new home in top shape. The movers were very focused on doing their work effectively and efficiently while also being very approachable and knowledgeable. I'm appreciative of them making the moving process easier!
