I am very pleased with our move with Two Men and a Truck. Zeke and Travis were very positive, professional, and careful with our furniture. They were also protective of our wood floors and door trim, while moving in and placing furniture. Zeke and Travis were even very patient with me while I made last minute decisions! I could have saved some money if the moving team had power tools. I had a bunk bed that had a ton of screws that needed to be undone to disassemble and it took forever because he had to do it by hand. My move took probably an hour extra because of this.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to help with your move. I'm sorry that this part of the move took longer than you would have liked; but I am glad they were able to get it disassembled for you. Our standard set of hand tools is sufficient for the majority of our moves; however, we do understand that some moves may require different tools. Had we known that a power tool would have been needed, we could have brought one. We rely on our customers informing us of unique circumstances so we can be better equipped to serve the customer's needs. Other than than, I am pleased that the rest of the move went well. This was our fourth move with Two Men and a Truck. They were almost two hours late to start loading. Due to problems with the truck, they were almost seven hours late to unload. This was a five hundred mile move. A $1000 coffee table was damaged beyond repair. An acceptable adjustment was made. All things considered, we would use them again.
