The TWO MEN and a TRUCK guys showed up on time. They got right to work wrapping the furniture and started moving everything onto the truck. Although painful for me to watch all of mom's things getting moved, they were careful and respectful. I was amazed to see the ingenious way they carried the heavy furniture and boxes. I am so glad to have remembered to call Two Men and a Truck again for moving mom's things. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Sales team was courteous and helpful setting up the move. The two men who did the move were friendly and professional. Handled the furniture carefully and did a great job. The brochure they left with me showed their names as Kalip and Drek.

What could have been improved was showing up not smelling of weed strongly and better training on packing the storage unit. Also listening to requests such as breaking the base of the bed down and zipping it into the headboard.

I am so sorry you did not have an excellent move experience. The brand of cigarettes the guys smoke has often been mistaken for weed, and we drug test our employees regularly to ensure the safety of movers, the customers, and everyone on the road. I wish you would have addressed your concern for this during our move in progress call and our post follow up call, which at the time you said the guys were doing great. If we ever fall short of excellent, we want to know so we can correct any mistakes immediately. As for the storage unit, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I will certainly address this with the movers so that this does not become a concern for future customers.
