Blake and Cole were GREAT! So quick and efficient with the move process and I love how they put everything in the apartment in a way that made it easy for me to set up. The only criticism I have is that Blake didn’t wear a mask and I had told the administrative staff that I’m very high-risk for COVID-19, which is why I was moving and needed movers in the first place. Otherwise, wonderful service!

I certainly understand your concern regarding the mask and we appreciate your feedback, and we apologize for making you feel uncomfortable. Due to the extreme heat and humidity conditions, our movers are at a safety risk when wearing masks because of the rapid reduction in oxygen while moving which results in the guys getting light headed, dizzy, nauseous, and at risk of fainting. It is a difficult time we are in trying to keep everyone safe from sickness, as well as keeping everyone safe from other risks associated with wearing the mask. We do what we can to maintain the social distancing during the move with all of our customers. Thank you again and if there is anything else we can do for you at this time, please let us know.

The young men that moved my mother in law were the most professional and kind young men! I was amazed with the careful way that they handled and packed the furniture for moving. They were both so kind and sweet! As I was packing I was asked if they could help me and anything that I asked was done with professionalism and kindness.

Eric and Trey were a fantastic team and made our moving experience very pleasant. The energy and skill used by strapping the heavy items like a desk set were amazing to watch. We watched our first movers struggle with these but not these guys. We were visited by a manager and even in contact we Tara our salesperson during the move. Very professional Org. and will highly recommend!
