I was billed for an additional 20 mins minutes past the time they were finishing clean up and packing the truck. I asked about it and the driver she he was told to do that by the office to account for paperwork and loading truck. All of this was already completed. My card on file was charged before penciled completion time. Other than that, everything went smooth.

I am so pleased everything went well with the actual move. I apologize for any misunderstanding that may have taken place. The billable time starts when the truck arrives at the load location and ends when the truck is leaving the unload location. We keep track of the billable time in 15 minute increments. I've gone back and looked over the billable time listed on the job sheet, as well as looking the the GPS for that truck to see what time they left the property. The truck left at 1:21pm and the billable time was ended at 1:30pm, which falls within the 15 minute increment. It is done this way because many times customers ask us to rearrange furniture and move items internally even after we are done emptying the truck and putting it back in order. I hope that helps clear things up. We always want to make sure we are fair with all our charges. If you would like to discuss this further, you are welcome to contact us at the office. An incredible experience from start to finish! The staff on the phone were polite and explained everything very well. The moving staff were top notch! The most organized system we have ever seen in action. The time it took was way under what we or the phone staff expected! Which meant money saved! The time estimate was absolutely reasonable, but the crew was exceptional! We highly recommend!!

Trey and JT were great! They were very professional, respectful and worked non stop. Pam in the office was in contact before, during and after the move to make sure all went well. Ty came to the house to give us the estimate and there were no surprises. We will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck in Athens!

Two Men and a Truck was super helpful for my in-town move. I could always get someone on the phone right away and they were flexible when I needed to change the date. The moving team was amazing, getting done 3 hours earlier than estimated while still being friendly, careful, and making sure I understood where we were in the process. They saved me so much time and stress!

The team was great- AJ, David, Eric & Joe (truck 5) were very attentive and helpful. They explained along the way what they were doing and answered any questions we had. Trey and Khirhyatkee were awesome movers!
They were on time and worked hard to get me loaded and moved in quickly.
They had to take a very large rolltop desk apart to get it out of the house and then move the heavy thing upstairs in the new house; and they did it all without one word of complaint.
I appreciate their friendliness, professionalism and competence very much!
