This was my first time using Two Men and a Truck and it was a great experience! My items were handled with care and everything made it to the new home in top shape. The movers were very focused on doing their work effectively and efficiently while also being very approachable and knowledgeable. I'm appreciative of them making the moving process easier!

The moving team had a great leader in Deon. It was obvious he had a lot of experience, over 10 years I think. He knew all the steps to assure each piece was protected and handled with care. They worked quickly and finished in 2/3 the designated time, which saved me money. The move into the new house was a real challenge as they had to carry the refrigerator, piano and several other pieces down a hill and around to the basement door. I really didn't think they could do it, but Von had assured me they would and they did! They were even laughing and talking as they carried the refrigerator down the hill. They were all cheerful and introduced themselves, asked appropriate questions when needed and behaved very professionally. We could not be more pleased, and would definitely recommend them.

The onsite moving crew took exceptional care of our belongings and were very efficient unloading our rental truck. They were very courteous and responded to all of our requests related to the placement of our belongings in our home.
I was a little disappointed that I was required to pay for the moving crew's time to and from the job site at the full hourly rate that I paid for their physical labor. The crew spent just two hours unloading our belongings and we then paid for an additional two hours for their travel time at $140/hr. Seemed excessive.
We will likely conduct an additional move and the travel time expense will force me to consider other alternatives even though the moving crew and service was exceptional.

The head guy was arguing with me, huge parking lot and he runs in the grass messing up the yard ( deep ruts) and only wanted to load the truck 3/4 full and only wanted to leave 3 things, so I got tired of arguing and hauled them myself, was going to give a good tip but head guy ruined it for the other guys.

The guys who came to the house were courteous, efficient and well organized. I ended up getting sick and the guys were very respectful and asked if they could help me. All of my belongings were handled with care.
