3 Men and a Truck were the best. From the first phonecall with Carla to moving day, 2 Men and a Truck exceeded all expectations. It is a stressful time, yet with the professionals that moved me, they truly made the move a pleasant experience. James was the lead along with the Team, Carlos and Orane. They made it seem effortless. I was assured by James at the beginning that there was nothing they could not or would not do. And he kept his promise!!! They had me moved in less time then was quoted and I was charging accordingly. Honesty with the people that work for the company was admiral and appreciated. You can’t buy that. Thank you James, Carlos, and Orane. You guys are the best. Thank you again Carla, for putting up with my day and time changes and doing it with such patience. The BEST

I was very pleased with the two men that were assigned to help me move my belongs even though they were unaware of the many task I.e. traveling up and down several flights of stairs, the difficultly of moving several heavy pieces of furniture and the amount of furniture. However they were very professional ,extremely quick and determined to uphold your company’s standards. I do think it was unfair that they were unaware of the task that they were sent out to do. I explained very clearly to Dawn about the move. However when the movers showed up the information was never relayed to them. I would recommend this company to other movers. However the lack of communication between office staff and labor staff was very poor and unfair to the labors.

The guys were very professional and never stopped working; not to even take a break. We have used other movers before but they just were not professional like your movers.

Dawn left off more than half of the inventory I emailed in for a quote. We spoke on the phone and I’m sure we covered it, or I would have remembered a red flag. When she called to confirm, and we realized the emails she sent did not include my master or guest BR OR the living room, it became argumentative. When she revised the quote, within 24 hours of my move (and too little time to find another company), my quote nearly doubled in price. She then sent a revised quote via email, except she sent the exact same document as the first time, leaving off 3 rooms. The moving staff were absolutely wonderful and thank god for them moving as fast as they did that my total cost was only a little more than the original quote. Had Dawn done her job right, I would not have used your company.

Overall service was excellent. The men that came out were very courteous and well organized. However we did incur some damages which were do to them standing the furniture on it's end. As the style of furniture was not completely flat on the ends the extending top surface of the dressers were damaged on the corners, which will be needing a touch up service to repair. They did note all the damages and called in the repair. So in conclusion They did a great job but were not aware of the potential damage that will occur with this style of furniture by standing them upright.
