1.obviously these are not trained moving people. Numerous pieces were scratched. One piece of furniture broken and yes I got the $45.00 ins. and did not get it back.
2.the entrance door was ruined, you ruined a fire door.
you should have received the estimate by now.
because the movers did not know enough to take the back and the arms off the couch to move it. The new couch had some fraying it.
3.The movers( play this game) they ,except the person writing up the paperwork, go out to the truck and make sure it is clean before the customer comes down...No wonder the truck looked clean...
4. I still cannot find my bronze baby shoe what goes to my picture with the other shoe. NO it is not a life or death situation, however it would have been nice to have both shoes...etc.

The driver was great however the other mover (a younger kid part of a 3 person move) was not happy about being part of this team. They broke (shattered the corner) of a glass dining room table. Then they denied doing it!! The driver however was honest and admitted that the table was NOT shattered when they loaded it into the truck. He did a damage report and said I'd get a phone call the next day. Nothing. I called twice and left a message as well. Finally I spoke to owner. Now they want "history" of the glass. Its GLASS. Go get me a piece of GLASS. It's like "what type of water is it". Seriously. I need a table.

They only had to move a refrigerator and dishwasher and managed to scrape the door of refrigerator as they brought it in. Even had to instruct on how to get it into the apartment. Their response was “why did you not get a smaller refrigerator “ I will not call again

The price was doubled from what I was quoted. They said well you paid $ amt last time. That was a 2 floor 3 bedroom and office and 2 patios. This was no office , one floor and no patio furniture. A lot of chipped and broken furniture, my dining room table was cracked and they glued it which you can still see. The beds were not put back together properly it was squeaking because the king bed they never put the middle brace on. The desk he puts on the floor not realizing that it has legs until I said that's not right. I was very dissatisfied with this move and they arrived an hour late too. Will not be recommending you or using you again unfortunately.

Very good experience. The mover's were very fast, courteous and helpful. The only problem that occurred during the move was that some paint was scraped off my screen door.

I have use two men and a truck in the past (twice before) and was so happy with the service so I went with them again not even thinking of other companies. This time around they didn’t seem to care if any of my furniture got damaged. In the past they would wrap up all my furniture so no wood was damaged. This was not done this time. They were so rough with my jewelry stand that it opened up and I lost some of the little earrings on the top. They broke my desk and told me it was easier to take the top off but it never seem to go back together. Multiple wooden furniture had chips in it. Just a different feel this time around.

Used 6 times so far. I mishap in the 5th move with broken artwork but otherwise excellent.

Fine experience but it’s a problem that I bought the full evaluation insurance and they broke my 5000 tv and haven’t responded to my claim yet.

The movers were courteous, professional, and hard working.
Keith, Orane, and William were a great team. We used this company before and will use them again whenever we have future moving needs
