I disappointed with how much I was charged. Was told that they needed add an additional 2hrs because of the delay because of only 1 elevator working. I2hrs wasn’t used. Was also told 45 min deducted for lunch even though the team took almost an hour and 15 min until getting to my storage unit. I think Jeremy and Jason worked very hard, but Patrick could have been more honest and fair.

My entire experience was quite disappointing and very expensive. From the team showing up late, being short-staffed and short-tempered, to damaging nearly 50% of my furniture. One truck even attempted to drive off with my belongings without closing the back door of the truck. The team also damaged my new home in several places and the office has not responded to me in days. Very disappointing.

I asked Todd to fax or email your Certificate of Insurance to the building owners' staff. Todd said he faxed AND emailed it.
I keep getting emails from the building owner's staff to send Two Men and a Truck's Certificate of Insurance.
Could be a problem with the staff of the building management, maybe Todd really did send it (there should be proof of this).
Do not want future problems.

Benny and his team were awesome! They were on time, worked like real troopers and finished exactly on time. They were friendly, courteous and happy to joke around with us. We could not have asked for a better packing and moving experience!

I initially gave a star review and each mover $150 tip (3 of them), however once i started to go through everything that was moved I noticed a few items missing or damaged. I called the office and discussed with Todd over 4 days ago and have yet to receive any phone call back which is rather disappointing.
