The movers were excellent, the woman who handles billing did not explain everything I was being charged for on the initial call and tried to sneak things in last minute. This is not right, but the movers themselves could not have done a better job.

Ashley, I'm sorry you didn't understand how we charge. I know it can be confusing with Movers and all the different ways they charge. We do try to cover the charges on the phone calls and in the emailed quote and on the contract.
I'll make sure the Customer Service Reps go over this on phone calls.
Glad we provided great moving service. for you.

The moving team and office team was great. Unfortunately one of the sofas was broken on the arm most likely because it was heavy and was resting on the arm during transport and when loading/unloading. We are in the process of looking into getting it repaired.

Pedro was an amazing packer and utilized every bit of space!
All 3, Pedro, Edwin & Daniel, had great, positive attitudes which helped lower our stress level moving out of our home of 21 years with too much stuff!

The team left us high and dry. We had to find another company to move what two men and a truck left behind. They were much nicer and half the price.

I was told I would be called an hour before they arrived and the driver called me 15 minutes before. So they ended up waiting for 45 minutes and weren’t too happy about it. Clearly the office staff perhaps needs a refresher.

I'm sorry you had short notice- we usually tell the customer's the guys will call as they are leaving the office. If you lived close that could be why it didn't take long.

Pedro and his team were exemplary. They arrived at the specific time. They worked quickly, efficiently and took good care when handling my personal belongings.
I would recommend Two Men and A Truck to everyone, and I hope to have the same TEAM WORK WITH ME IN APRIL 2020.

1.obviously these are not trained moving people. Numerous pieces were scratched. One piece of furniture broken and yes I got the $45.00 ins. and did not get it back.
2.the entrance door was ruined, you ruined a fire door.
you should have received the estimate by now.
because the movers did not know enough to take the back and the arms off the couch to move it. The new couch had some fraying it.
3.The movers( play this game) they ,except the person writing up the paperwork, go out to the truck and make sure it is clean before the customer comes down...No wonder the truck looked clean...
4. I still cannot find my bronze baby shoe what goes to my picture with the other shoe. NO it is not a life or death situation, however it would have been nice to have both shoes...etc.

The driver was great however the other mover (a younger kid part of a 3 person move) was not happy about being part of this team. They broke (shattered the corner) of a glass dining room table. Then they denied doing it!! The driver however was honest and admitted that the table was NOT shattered when they loaded it into the truck. He did a damage report and said I'd get a phone call the next day. Nothing. I called twice and left a message as well. Finally I spoke to owner. Now they want "history" of the glass. Its GLASS. Go get me a piece of GLASS. It's like "what type of water is it". Seriously. I need a table.
