moving is always stressful and the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. The experience got even better when you sent a supervisor out to ensure moving the refrigerator over the counter went smoothly. The movers were courteous and very professional. We will recommend your company to our friends and neighbors.

The movers were very unprofessional and did not care to listen to me regarding the safety of my items. When I called to get the issue resolved I was advised I would be getting a refund for half of my cost and this was never done and the attitude of everyone that I spoke with was one of not caring. I honestly dont think I would ever recommend your service after the experience I had.

Although the moving team did fine with the pack and move, they did a poor job with cleanliness. The straps from the box packs, empty tape rolls, and plastic wrap were left on the floor - no one policed the area for trash. I had receptacles provided, to no avail. Also, team spent a large period of time on their cell phones. Does your company allow team members to bring them into the customer's homes during the pack? After speaking with Brandon on the phone and hearing his dissatisfaction with the report, there was no follow-up from his supervisor as he said there would be.
