Website easy to navigate, fun to use. Prompt response re estimate from office staff. On moving day, crew was right on schedule. Their respectful demeanor and gentle but efficient care of my 90 yr old in-laws ‘ household goods and furniture helped ease the transition to an assisted living facility. Mike and Ty did an excellent job moving my things, considering the heavy rain showers through out the day. I would highly recommend these two guys , if I am moving again, I would ask for them in person.

The moving team was very loud and unprofessional in the common areas around guests. Multiple overhead light fixtures were damaged (Ion has given the okay for our Electrical Contractor East Coast Electric to repair or replace light fixtures as needed and will be deducted from the final bill, the move took 6 hours for Wednesday and 10 hours for Friday). Furniture was left in common areas and in wrong units after they left.

The guys were great, showed up on time. They were friendly and conscientious, they took great care with our belongings. Finished in less time then the estimate.
