The movers were very professional and they did not damage any of our furniture in the process of moving them.

The men were very hard workers. They were polite and did everything that we expected. My only complaint was that quite a few items were scratched.

Moving one’s household is rarely easy, yet despite the stifling August heat in Florida, Brandon and Joseph made it seem so, calmly and professionally doing their jobs. Their practiced teamwork paid off, completing my move efficiently and under estimate. I appreciate that they also put in the work off-hours to keep fit and strong for such demanding work. I’ve moved many many times over my life and have to say that this was my best experience ever! Hope I get the opportunity to send you referrals! Thanks, thanks, and thanks again, Brandon and Joseph.

Movers were not careful with items marked " FRAGILE" , damaged my daughter's dresser, still unpacking, no telling what else is broken. Movers did not listen to us on where stuff goes, causing even more delays. Found my wife's and daughter's underwear in different furniture than what they are kept in. Movers took a long time to get to locations, then at the end said we went over the allotted 4 hours and I had to pay extra, for them being slow or for some confusion on the office's part. . My overall experience was not good. I will not use them again, nor recommend them.

The team was in time. They were professional, polite , and very efficient. I was very happy with their service and will definately recommend them.

The movers did a good job but I did not receive a phone call prior to the arrival, they put a small hole in my wall, and the total was double what I was told I’d pay, yes they went over the two hours by 30 mins but less water breaks and listening to music we would have been done in two hours. Not sure I understand the total, very expensive the second time around. My first move was much better, wish I had the same guys as before.

Movers came one hour later than scheduled. Did call eventually! The supervisor on day one was good. On day two a new supervisor was insulting to the other workers & was rushing too much for me. I was at my Closing that day & I was to call when I was finished. The truck arrived before I was there! They did not use my existing boxes or papers that I was told by John would be used. Therefore the mess was left for me to clean out. I didn't get enough time at moving in to inspect all furniture in its place therefore not happy with placements. Again rushed by supervisor Herman. It was an exhausting day for me. Many boxes marked for other rooms did not get in their proper places. kitchen boxes are too heavy for me to move. I gave them a generous tip. NEED MORE EXPERIENCE 4 HELPERS.
