Excellent cross-town move. The scheduling and set up was spot on. The movers, Jacob & Malik called on their way to the house and showed up at the scheduled time. The guys prepared and loaded our furniture on the truck. They listened to our concerns regarding some our antique furniture pieces which needed extra TLC. They carefully unloaded the furniture into our new home, seeking advice as to where the correct location & placement of the furniture.
We received phone calls from the home office asking for updates on the move.
We would request Malik & Jacob for our next move. We would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. We thought the value, service, & support we received was excellent from start to finish.

The packers Davontae & Richard were wonderful and so careful and answered all questions in a mannerly fashion. I must say that Davontae is a GREAT TEAM LEADER and deserves special attention by Two Men & a Truck. He was funny and pleasant as was Richard, Cody & Jordan/Jason (?)
The move was so easy for us.

The two men were courteous, careful with our possessions, and hardworking. We were very pleased. We would hire this company again.

The only problem that occurred was the estimator underestimated by a lot the number of boxes that were use.d and our belongings barely fit

I was very unhappy with this move. It was a short 4 mile move from a first floor unit with an exterior door to a 1 story house. They placed my 5 month old 55" smart TV in a large screen moving box and sealed it up. They later unsealed it and put in a round 36" glass table top and a rolled up area rug. They did not have the proper tools to take the bed apart and were going to try and move it put together. I borrowed a wrench from a neighbor for them to use. They scratched my wood floors in the bedroom and said, don't worry about it , you can rub it out or use a scratch kit. When we turned the TV on we discovered that the screen was broken on the inside. The mirror almost fell off my dresser because they did not put all the bolts back in. I was offered $100 for their negligence.

Both Eddie and Gabriel were careful and efficient.
