Overall good experience. Scratched couple of pieces furniture. Driver was lost for about half hour looking for new place.

Where do I begin. They were too much in a hurry. I walked room to room and told him what was going. Apparently he did not listen - had to remind them over and over what was going. They refused to take my lamps because they were not boxed. I left 1.2 hour before them and my cousin stayed in the house to lock up. They arrived at my new house and forgot my couch. They stated the gentleman and them did a walk through to ensure all was gone. That was a lie. They almost forgot a precious bench in honor of my my husband when recently passed. They again had to be reminded: my cousin NEVER did a walk through..they grabbed the bench and the next thing he heard was the truck leaving. Not a word to him. They lied to you. Also 5 items damaged . Disgraceful experience

Five men came on the day of the move. My belongings were shrink-wrapped with no blankets. Several peices of furniture and miscellaneous things were damaged...












Several pieces of furniture and miscellaneous things were damaged. They did not wrap things in blankets...only shrink wrap.
When they delivered my things, they acted like they wanted to dump my stuff and run!! All of my belongings were dumped, willy, nilly and I cannot find anything!!! Heavy boxes have been placed on lighter boxes....probably a lot of damaged things as a result. I will never be using your service again and if asked by someone if I was satisfied...I will say a resounding NO!!!!!
I will never refer this company, nor will I ever use it again. Damages to several items as a result of improper wrap.

Did not like how they put my boxes in my rental garage. So boxes where put up side down even thou I put glass on box, Fragile. Can't find my shoes that they though in a box, but I don't know what box. I guess I will find when I move in to my own place.

Heard from neighbor that they observe our sofa falling off from two wheel hand truck in parking lot. They are not sure if it was damaged & we will not be able to check it out until Oct when we plan to move furniture out of storage garage into condo!

The movers were efficient but did not seem prepared with all the tools they needed. We had to provide drill when theirs was not charged. Left marks on walls and doors which were promptly repaired by Ian. I was impressed by office staff but not so much by the movers.

Move was simple. A 26' U-Haul truck full of heavy furniture and boxes. We moved into a small 2 story town home. 2 people showed up in a big moving truck. Avery was professional and courteous; Mike was not. Mike handled the paperwork.
#1: We only needed help moving heavy stuff so why show up in a big truck? #2: Mike complained about bugs, it's Florida! #3: Mike complained about having 2 stories. #4: Mike complained about his administration staff's instructions. #5: But, worst of all, when the move was over, Mike filled out the paperwork. We asked to review the minor damage to our walls. Frustrated, Mike said he would go back "on the clock" to review the damages. What? I admit there were only a few small dings and 1 gash but charge me time to review their damage is ridiculous. Never again.
