The guys were perfect and the job was priced perfectly with no other costs and the time was right on. Everyone was very nice did and wonderful job and left everything perfect. The entire team from the office to the moving team was professional, courteous, timely, informative, and very nice. We selected this company because of their work for House of Hope. I have used approximately a half dozen different Two Men and A Truck franchises and this one was, by far, the best. Very impressive and positive experience.

moving is always stressful and the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. The experience got even better when you sent a supervisor out to ensure moving the refrigerator over the counter went smoothly. The movers were courteous and very professional. We will recommend your company to our friends and neighbors.

The movers were very unprofessional and did not care to listen to me regarding the safety of my items. When I called to get the issue resolved I was advised I would be getting a refund for half of my cost and this was never done and the attitude of everyone that I spoke with was one of not caring. I honestly dont think I would ever recommend your service after the experience I had.
