The movers were professional and took good care with our things. However, I have never seen anyone load furniture and boxes the way they did. We had two pods. They put all the boxes in one pod and attempted to put all of the furniture in the other pod. Needless to say the furniture did not all fit. There were huge gaps between the furniture that could have been filled with boxes. The person who came out to give an estimate said it would easily fit in two pods and I believe if it had been loaded correctly it would have all fit in. Instead we had to rent an additional storage until and move the remaining items ourselves. This was very frustrating especially because all the furniture was included in our estimate even though the movers ended up not moving it.

Your guys were fantastic. They hustled the entire time and knocked out the move very efficiently. This was my third time hiring your company and would do it again (hopefully not for a long time). Please tell my crew that they were amazing. -Kevin

They were very efficient, courteous, helpful and careful. They called ahead and were able to arrive earlier if it was ok with me. Would highly recommend.

Everything was pretty good. It took longer than we expected and we still have two pieces of furniture in store we have to move ourselves. Seemed like it could have been done faster and completed? But overall pretty good service.

The move went very well. Scott and Juan were at our apartment on time and did a very good job loading and unloading or possessions. They used the utmost care with our belongings and we appreciate that. Thanks guys for a job well done.
