Arrival time between 8 and 9am, showed up 9:15, could have been traffic, truck was dirty inside, had a washing machine at end, needed swept out, i moved 90% of my stuff to first floor storage unit before they arrived and still my charge was excessive i thought, unloading at residence was kinda slow, i was trying to save money by cutting the unloading time down, overall it was acceptable. Nice guys.

Excellent service from the packers and the movers.

I needed one room of very heavy furniture moved across town into a storage unit, and had previously used this company for a move. The service provided was outstanding, as usual, and the movers were courteous, attentive and hard-working. The move went very well, and I appreciated the effort they expended so I didn't need to risk injury moving the heavy items. Thank you for another great job!

The move did not meet my expectations or the company's standard. The movers were personable and courteous but they did not treat the furniture properly. They did not properly wrap/protect the furniture with blankets resulting in scratches, a broken leg, and some water damage to a dining hutch. A plant stand was not delivered (broken or lost?). Lost items (small dowels to hold shelves in a cabinet) make the furniture unusable until I make or find proper dowels to hold the shelves. When the movers had to use my tape makes me wonder if they had the correct materials (tape and enough blankets??) One of the movers were more careful with our furniture but overall the move was not acceptable. I have a claim in process will hopefully rectify some of the moving damage.

Anthony, Josh, and Zack were GREAT. They FAST, Efficient, Professional, Courteous, and took care of our things. They did an amazing job!! And the cost was well worth it. Thank you! We have used this moving many times and it will continue to be our go-to moving company. Great job!

Movers did not inform us of visible damage to stair rail before leaving. Anthony did promptly call to schedule but I lost his number. Am unable to schedule appointment at my home until after August 5th. Need his number to contact him.

Office manager was super nice! The moving crew was right on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Great work thank you!
