I feel like I'm Answering the wrong survey because I had THREE MEN AND A TRUCK. All three were really great and worked their butts off. One big desk was particularly heavy and troublesome - and they handled it beautifully when getting it into my tight office. After a truckload of furniture, all I had was a few nicks. This moving company seems to be way above the rest. Very organized and they hire and train good people.

Everything was an easy process. From the phone call to schedule to the quick appointment the next business day! The team arrived on time and the whole process was quickly done with no stress! The charge was exactly as stated for the actual move service , however the fuel charge wasn’t ever mentioned in the estimate or over the phone. This is a pricey expense that should be known prior to the service. I didn’t know about the fuel charge until the team was preparing the charge after the move. Sharing the fuel charge info ahead of time is my only suggestion, everything else is top notch!

Lutrell has moved things for me twice. He is professional and careful about his work but this last time I got to see what a truly special person he is. His partner that day was a young deaf man. Lutrell was very patient in figuring out how to explain to him what needed to be done. As Lutrell told me - they hadn’t been working together for very long and were still working through their communication issues. I applaud your company for hiring the young deaf man. More importantly however I hope you recognize what an amazing employees you have in Lutrell

Communication with the movers was not good. They left boxes out of the truck then said that the were told that they weren’t going in the truck. When my husband told them to put hem on the truck we were told there wasn’t room. We ended up having to make many trips ourselves which would’ve been even more horrible if we were moving further. We used a different moving company before with they same stuff and one less guy and they did an awesome job . I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but they seemed inexperienced.

Experience was good, before and during the move. However, I called on the 26th to let the office know that my sofa would not recline. I was told the supervisor was off that day and would call me on Tuesday. I've yet to hear back from him.

The three man crew arrived on time. All three were very courteous an respectful. The crew got right to work and had my apartment loaded up in a little over one hour which I thought was extremely quick. The crew followed me to my new residence and unloaded the truck quickly. The crew also willingly helped me unload a POD in my driveway, which stored a piano and many other larger furniture items. The unloading took approximately 1 hour and a half. The crew respected the items and property that belonged to me at all times. I am very thankful for the service that Two Men and a Truck provided.

The office staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the quoting and scheduling process as well.

Overall I am very impressed with quality of service provided by Two Men and a Truck.

The crew was very slow and didn't seem to know how to pack a truck efficiently and safely. I had several expensive items scratched and damaged due to negligence and a damage report had to be completed.

The two movers we had could not have done anything else to exceed our expectations. They were absolutely great in every way and should be commended on a job well done.
