Only problem I had was one item got broke and the guys asked me for a tip . I run a service business my guys take tips but they don’t ask for them . I feel that very unprofessional.

I have used two men and a truck several times this month.. I was fortunate to get Brock,Bruce,CJ & Tyler. They were amazing! Fast, professional knowledgeable and GREAT! Todays team seemed unexperienced. They obviously did not know how to put a wardrobe box together. Our clothes ended up folded in a wardrobe box yipes. Thank goodness I had previous experience with your company. Today was not .

The two men, Prez and Nazeem, were efficient, polite, careful and professional and made sure we were happy with the placement of our rugs. They helped us lift furniture so the rugs could be placed correctly. What a pleasure to deal with movers who put customer satisfaction as a priority.

I was impressed with the team we had. The men we had were great. The leader of our team, the driver, I apologize, I forgot his name, was a real gentlemen and hard worker. If I owned a business, and did, he would be one of my top choice for a leadership position. I would request the team we had, even the newbie, back again. They were careful with our belongings and very helpful to fulfil our needs
