I just wanted to express my immense satisfaction with everyone - from Vanessa, who helped set everything up, to the work of the two young men that helped with this project. They were punctual, cordial, professional, and went above and beyond. I'm not sure whatever accolades your company may offer, but these guys were awesome, and I wanted to express my appreciation with your whole team. Thanks.

They arrived on time and didn’t waste a minute and didn’t slow down. They were also very careful not to hit anything or do any damage to my furniture.

it took 3 days to move us instead of the one I was quoted. We moved into a condo with elevators but they knew this when I was given the quote.
I paid for extra men and a second truck but at the end of the first day only one truck made it to our new home, which was only 15 miles away. All of our beds, clothes and bathroom items were left on the second truck overnight so we had no place to sleep and nothing clean to wear until the following day.
The second morning I was told I had to pay for the first day and sign off on the paperwork saying nothing was damaged (even though it was), before they would deliver the rest of our items.
At 3:00 on the second day the second truck (which was already loaded) was finally unloaded and I was told they needed a third day to finish the move. Since they had to go back to the first house the retrieve their supplies I insisted they had time to take another small load back to the new location.
After 2 long days they did not finish the move, and I had to pay another company to come in and do it.
I feel I was misquoted and I feel like the movers were very slow and could have done a much better job. My stone floor was badly damaged and several large pieces of furniture and a painting were broken. I’m very disappointed with the experience.

I was very pleased with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. The movers showed up on time and moved my furniture quickly and efficiently. They were also very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend and will use for any future moves. Thank you! ! !

The movers shower up and one had terrible BO (we were the first move of the day). The movers would go down the three-story condo empty handed frequently (walking past the boxes they needed to move down). Then they frequently took breaks because they were tired from the stairs (since the doubled trips since they were going empty handed). They had my bed posts finish-side down (upside down, unwrapped) in the truck. One of the movers dragged a $500 nightstand down the stairs (unwrapped) and bounced it off of every step. They also took a chunk out of my wall with the washer (and that got scratched too). My headboard (which was already disassembled upon their arrival was also carried down and banged on the ceiling leaved dents). During one of the breaks the mover used the master bathroom for 15 minutes while watching YouTube and swearing. The manager then showed up and only discounted one hour “since the guys were tired.” The manger even admitted we got the short end of the stick. We ended up renting a Penske and moving the rest of the items (which had been included in the original quote). Needless to say the team took more time than quoted and ceilings at the new house (brand new finished ceilings I might add) and the condos ceilings are scratched as is the furniture. Extremely upset with the service and the way it was handled.

Very Nice guys. Fast workers too. Even came early. They needed some coaching on where and how to stack and place boxes in the storage unit and it didn't end up like I originally wanted but the crew were very polite and very helpful. They didn't show any aggravation to me being either bossy or in the way...haha I would definitely recommend them. Good experience. Everything was spelled out in detail so no surprise charges.
