there was a mixup on my request for a lift gate truck due to the piano and other very heavy pieces. The truck arrived and when I questioned the team leader he was unaware of my request. He called the office and decided to return to the home base ad get the lift gate truck to proceed.
The movers were very careful with our furniture using blankets and wrap to protect things. Excellent team!

The three men that did my move were outstanding. On time, courteous, and never stopped until the job was done. Nothing damaged, true professionals. The young lady that helped me line everything up was awesome as well. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The quote given was accurate, no surprises.

Multiple items damaged, including a brand new refrigerator that was dropped. Carpet in new home was damaged as well. I’m still waiting on what the plan is for the refrigerator that was dropped. I used movers because I just had surgery and I didn’t want my older parents to move everything, however, I think they would have done a better job.

My estimate was spot on, and my moving team was prompt and took great care of my furniture. I’d highly recommend your services!
