Lori
This was my fourth or fifth move with you, and all of them have been excellent! This move was no different! Matt and his team were professional yet friendly and didn't stop all day, even finishing 3 hours before the anticipated time. I did not have a lot of time to prepare for the move, as I work 70 hours a week, and they were pleasant and helped me where ever they could! I have and always will recommend your company! Thank you for what you all do, it's appreciated...!!!

Kathleen
Website easy to navigate, fun to use. Prompt response re estimate from office staff. On moving day, crew was right on schedule. Their respectful demeanor and gentle but efficient care of my 90 yr old in-laws ‘ household goods and furniture helped ease the transition to an assisted living facility. Actual cost lower than estimate. Five ⭐️ rating from start to finish. Thank you! Kathleen

Mike and Ty did an excellent job moving my things, considering the heavy rain showers through out the day. I would highly recommend these two guys , if I am moving again, I would ask for them in person.

The moving team was very loud and unprofessional in the common areas around guests. Multiple overhead light fixtures were damaged (Ion has given the okay for our Electrical Contractor East Coast Electric to repair or replace light fixtures as needed and will be deducted from the final bill, the move took 6 hours for Wednesday and 10 hours for Friday). Furniture was left in common areas and in wrong units after they left.
