The gentlemen moving my apartment were very helpful and friendly. They were very efficient but still handled everything with care. You could tell they were experienced and the mover that dealt with paper work and etc was very professional and calming. Great experience and I will definitely use for my big move in two months.

Everything went great, I thought it was TO expensive for a one Hour situation driving about 8 miles altogether, and you charged $280.00 on my credit card and it should have been $260.00
Response

<div>We&#39;re glad all went well. Every move we do includes a service fee, which covers sending the movers to the job, from the job, and fuel. When factored in to a one-hour job, it can seem like a lot. But we&#39;re glad you were happy with how things went. Give us a call at 561-994-1616 about the charge - we&#39;d be happy to have a look. Thank you.</div>

You didn’t put a mattress cover on my bed and you got my 5k mattress very dirty and dusty. Also, your men had to take my bed apart and couldn’t put it back together because they didn’t have a power drill on hand. I had to hire a handyman to come fix the bed after they left. You need to provide mattress covers and properly equip your men.
Response
<div class="bv-review-response-container">
<div>We do ask customers if they need mattress covers during our estimate process. We apologize if there was some miscommunication there. And as for the drill, we&#39;ll look into who did the move and see how we might improve. Thank you for the feedback.</div>
