Everything went great, I thought it was TO expensive for a one Hour situation driving about 8 miles altogether, and you charged $280.00 on my credit card and it should have been $260.00

You didn’t put a mattress cover on my bed and you got my 5k mattress very dirty and dusty. Also, your men had to take my bed apart and couldn’t put it back together because they didn’t have a power drill on hand. I had to hire a handyman to come fix the bed after they left. You need to provide mattress covers and properly equip your men.
