The men left a TV and a mirror at our old residence. I called the management office as they left to retrieve those items and take a Washer and Dryer but did not finish putting my couch or desk back together. Then when they came back they acted like I overreacted and should have known they were coming back. I had put it aside but then I realized two of my dressers were falling apart and a picture frame was cracked.
The move was longer than any of us anticipated but in the end they stopped asking where boxes should go and just left them in the garage.

Overall my experience was good. They arrived on time. I did have a mirror that got broken and a few dings on my dining room table that i was not too happy with and a few dings on my wall. But overall the service was not too bad. There were also two new guys working with the lead and it was a big frustrating because they were unsure of what they were doing and i think a more experienced person could have moved it along faster. But i know this is the name of the game things happen.

I was disappointed that my 60" TV which is two years old was broken during the move. We couldn't tell until we hooked up the TV, but the screen only shows crackles now. No picture.

Very rude mover (main mover was friendly and spoke English), did not move everything that was previously listed to be moved stating “it won’t fit in the truck now”. Broke my desk drawer and left it on the floor. Broke a red wooden stand top. Ripped a weather strip off my front door. Was irritated that they installed my bed backwards (an elevating base) and did not plug in or ensure that it worked. Just not good service overall. I should have listened to my friends who told me how horrible the reviews were (I even called the company to ensure all would be taken care of), but I used them again as my previous experience was good. Not this time and will NEVER use or recommend.

Broken furniture. Cabinets moved with shelves still inside. Unable to move some furniture because movers did not know how to disassemble and reassemble. Broken hinges on cabinet door. Broken glass shelve. Waiting to resolve claims. Unprofessional movers.

Overall happy, the crew at times was a bit careless when handling items and a few things broke but not a huge ordeal.

After the move was complete-we realized there was an entire section of our laundry room that was overlooked. We packed 75% ourselves, we left the kitchen, laundry room and clothes/shoes in master bedroom closets to be packed by your company. so overlooking so much was very disappointing. I know the job was terribly underbid; but that shouldn't be an issue-as we paid whatever was owed and did not dispute. There is a few small things like our lamp shades that got destroyed and a few dings and scratches on our furniture-but it has been 32 years since our last move from our home so I am not sure if this is normal or expected.
We have moved our business offices several times with 2 men and a truck and never any problems.
Not sure if anything can be done, but wanted to make management aware

Movers were surprised they were moving all contents of a 2 bedroom apartment. Claimed that only 20 items were listed when I clearing told the contact at this business they would be moving a 2 bedroom apartment and didn't give them any specific number of items except for the large items. Movers damaged new flooring in the move because they were careless.

Our experience with them was wonderful. The were very efficient, polite, helpful, careful, knowledgeable, and professional. These two were pleasant and fun to work with considering the stress of moving anyway. We loved them. And the office staff was wonderful too. Truly great, very good.
