The team was very meticulous about wrapping everything securely. They were very polite and meticulous,but they missed bringing in a box which contained a small yellow barrel side table, though they brought in the glass top which was on it. Traffic and weather delayed their arrival, but we enjoyed their service overall. Kudos to the team, and leader Tony.

Tony and his team did a great job moving my things into Storage... they took extra care to ensure all pieces were wrapped and worked well as a team.

Everything ( outside of the unexpected, and unannounced when discussing with the representative .... while there was small print about the extremely inadequate $ 0.60 per lb insurance coverage ) additional requirement for insurance expense everything was SPOT ON just like the last time you moved us. This would have been 100% satisfaction report if that had simply been pointed out.

Charles and Daniel(I think his partner's name) were really great just as they were last time they moved me. Glad they were assigned to me! Efficient, polite, and careful with my belongings. These men are the best.

Our moving team was exceptional! They communicated well, letting me know when they arrived at the storage unit and when they arrived at our home. They loaded our storage unit in 30 minutes! That was fast! They even made it back to the drop off location before my husband. I couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they did our move! Our moving team was top notch! Excellent service!
