It was an easy process getting the move scheduled. The 3 movers that came were extremely courteous, polite, and professional. They ensured my belongings were well handled and taken care of. They were also very efficient and timely, and were able to handle a large move much more quickly than originally estimated.

First of all the time estimate was 5 hours and it took 10 hours. The commercials say all your employees are experienced movers. Two of the three movers were college students, one had only been there two months. The driver appeared to have more experience than the other two but he provided them very little supervision. I had to provide them guidance several times in how to get furniture in the door without damage. Often tried to put square peg in round hole. No one ever used a tape measure to determine fit. Two inexperienced tried to manhandle refrigerator between island and range and damaged door. I measured and they tried to force 35" through 31" opening. I have a damage claim outstanding. Would have been comical if it hadn't taken so long (Cost $$$). Extremely stressful!!

Miscommunication between scheduler & movers. I told the scheduler & the call confirmation 3rd floor & Apt #; not provided to movers.
Provided 2 movers. One, Isiah was a pleasure & amazing. Isiah made 3-4 trips before the other guy, Caleb, made one. Caleb was winded & worn out wrapping a night stand. Caleb was not prepared with tools, I disconnected the washer & dryer and bed with my own tools. Felt bad for Isiah as the couch is so heavy & Caleb was not much help that my husband & I assisted with moving the furniture. Moving the couch into the new home I was nervous about the walls so my husband & a friend helped get it in the new house. Several bumps and nicks, but all finally moved. Isiah deserves major kudos.

The men were mannerable, on time, patient and very kind and helpful! They were very professional and estimated exactly how long it would take them. They handled my furniture and things in a professional manner. I felt very confident and relaxed that they would take care of my personal property and I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend the company to others and recommend the two men who moved me!!!!

Justin and devonta were very professional and courteous. Devonta was extra careful with the antique table. And neither complained about the stairs. I always recommend 2 men and truck. Great company.

Willie, Josh T. & Josh were great to work with. Willie has been with the company for a while and knew exactly how to break items down and move it out quickly.
The office does not seem to communicate well with instructions to the movers. BUT because of the experience of the movers things went really well!
