This past July I was getting ready to head back overseas and I needed help moving my furniture from a two story home. Two men and a truck showed up on time and ready to work. I was so impressed with how efficiently the movers packed my personal belongings and how quickly they were able to clear out my house. This would have taken me a full day or two. They were able to move me out and have my stuff in a storage unit within 3 hrs, Amazing! I would use them again in the future for any move from this point on.

i talked to a lady whom told me the franchise owner would call me to talk about the issues i had and then today i used my washer for the first time and i came to learn they hooked it up wrong. i guess the movers werent smart enough to match red with red and blue with blue......will never EVER use this company again. wish i could get back some of my money i feel like i wasted it.

I am sorry, but my office manager said she was talking about this with the management team and addressing the issue, I didn’t receive word that I should have been in the conversation. Im sorry for that miscommunication. According to our liability and the paperwork sent out, we do not train our guys to hook up appliances, I am sure they wanted to go the extra mile for you by doing this but we do not train for this as it is beyond our scope of what we want to practice. The three gentleman were timely, respectful, and efficient. The arrived early, reviewed paperwork, and got to work. They loaded the truck quickly and ensured all of our important items were secured. During the offload, they placed the items in the correct rooms and were very cautious not to damage the walls or personal effects. I would highly recommend this service.

I called 5 days before move, they were available and the day of the move someone called in sick and our guy
JC came off the call team and helped move w ALex. ATN- initials-So professional and so nice and it rained all day!

Slow! I did not have much left for them to move. 2 beds, 1 dresser, 2 chests, night stand. 2 chairs, ottoman, kitchen table 4 chairs. Absolutely no boxes!
The service person called on Monday as a follow up and I said same thing to her. She said she’d have manager call me....never heard from them.

They got to the apartment when they said they would. Very nice and experience men. Quick to have you moved with all perfection. I like quick.and asked if there was anything else that we needed help with. I will definitely have two men and a truck move me again. Thanks for the quickest and easy move I have ever had.

Javan, Anthony, and Tyler are the greatest! Careful, respectful, friendly, kind, sweet, and they worked as a team. It was such a joy and blessing to work with them. They completed my move a couple of hours faster than quoted - and they did this with ultimate care. From the minute they arrived until they finished they made the time worry-free for me! This is the second time I’ve used Two Men and a Truck. My last move was great, too, but are no movers better than Javan, Anthony, and Tyler!

Worst moving crew EVER! There are 4 other families that witnessed the terrible service. Did not even get everything. I called the office 3 times begging to help. NEVER EVER AGAIN, AND I WILL TELL 25 OTHERS!!!
