I was told about Two men and a Truck by Trudy at First Bank. She assured they would do great job because they we're responsible people. everything went well and had to complete the move in two segments. When it was done all was well I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED NAOLEON WHO WAS ALWAYS AWARE OF DOING THINGS RIGHT AND WAS MOST COURTEOUS TO ME ME AT ALL TIMES.

Service was excellent from the office staff to the movers. Brittany thoroughly explained their price options and how the process worked. Team was very professional. Worked fast and kept me aware of their timeline. The only con I can think of with this experience was the price. It was steep for 4 hours of work. Returning customers should get a discounted rate. IMHO

I called the office. I told the young man I had 12 items from my house to my moms. I told him I also needed help with moving things in my mom's house too. All he put on there was the 12 items so the price I was quoted was not the price I had to pay. It would have been nice to know the real price up front. when the movers got there they said they would have to call their person because there was only 12 items reflected in the paperwork. If I had not been desperate to get it done I would have cancelled then and there. The movers were great though.

There was a miscommunication on the time of our move, and our movers were sent out at 8:00 am but we didn't close on the house until 10:30 that morning. Everyone at Two Men and a Truck was extremely accommodating to make the situation right, got movers out that afternoon ,and had a great attitude about it. Our movers were efficient and careful. Two Men and a Truck made us more at ease during what could have been stressful day.
