The movers were 5 hours late and with two small children it was inconvenient. Although the movers were very polite and were trying hard. I was told that the office would call me in concern of the wait time and damage to our headboard. No one called. I have had to call three times and still no one has come to fix the headboard and it has been 23 days. I was told the franchise owner would call to offer some sort of conpensation due to our 5 hour wait time and still no call. Terrible customer service!

The team, Yancy,Josh andamp; Napoleon were absolutely great! They worked relentlessly for 11 hours straightandacirc;??andacirc;??- to say the least ,it was a difficult move. But they were patient, kind, just good attitude. Could not have ask for more than they did.
Thanks guys again for all your wonderful help!!

Willie and Javan did an excellent job moving my 17.5' x 7.5' heavy sectional entertainment center cabinets. Willie is outstanding as he helped on the packing days, and moving day in addition to this job of moving the entertainment center cabinets. The office provided same day service Monday as discussed with Yancey on the prior Saturday. Very pleased with the organization. Estimate were within the 10% range as well.

Based on reviews I saw, I went into this move with high expectations andamp; TMAAT exceeded them. I was impressed by the confidence and firm handshakes when Will andamp; Josh introduced themselves. They were courteous and professional and helpful in every way. Our move involved one pickup location that was split between two delivery locations, and it was executed perfectly. They worked quickly and smoothly and completed the job in just over half the time that was estimated. Their rate was reasonable and the excellent work was worth every penny. If I ever have to move again, I won't hesitate to call them. If you are looking for a moving company, call Two Men and a Truck--you won't be disappointed.

This was the easiest move ever--I dialed the number of Two Men and A Truck--within 10 minutes had a price quote and a date set for the move. The movers arrived on time and worked diligently from the time they got here until the move was complete. These young men were the kindest, and most hard working crew I've ever encountered. I thank you for that.

We were absolutely blown away by the customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and communication from our initial contact with the office to schedule the estimate until the last item was unloaded from the truck. Our estimator was extremely knowledgeable and accurate, he was able to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. This move was a working office and the exceptional service that was provided to us allowed for minimal down time during this very stressful transition. The movers that worked with us paid extra attention to assure that items were placed in the correct offices or areas so that we did not have to move them again all while protecting and caring for the items as if they were their own. We will always recommend and use Two Men and a Truck. Thanks again!!

Staff was great...worked really hard and very professional, time was great-overnight delivery. Only problem was a few deep scratches on some furniture and a couple of broken boxes of crystal...

I was so impressed with how the moving team worked. They were fast, efficient, and careful with my belongings. I asked them to take a break but they didnandacirc;??t. They continued to work until all of my belongings were on their truck. They put everything where I asked at the new house and even moved some furniture around until I was happy. I would definitely hire them again. I highly recommend this company!!!
