This was a wonderful experience for an otherwise stressful activity. I could not praise the move team more. They treated every piece and every item as if it was their own. The knowledge and experience they brought to my front door was supremely appreciated. When the team left, there was no clean-up to do and everything was in place. And there was no surprise at the end; because the estimate for the move was actually a little over the final figure. I could not be happier!

Respectful and experienced movers who took great care moving my things and take pride in their work. They did an amazing job with a challenging piano. I highly recommend them and will definitely use again!

Hands-down the worst movie experience I could’ve had. I feel I would’ve had a better chance of moving my home supplies without damage just by walking them to my new house 35 miles away and using a hand truck to get them there. I would’ve had better faith and trust in that, than using this company again. This is now my second attempt at using two men and a truck, and first time went out without a hitch. Although this time, not only was that they were just us tonight former property, and my new property, But not limited to the Personal property damage they also occurred as well during the job. Impossible to work with in regards to being reimbursed for these issues as well.

These two men were tired and did not quit complaining. Too heavy, we can’t do this! They wanted us to empty the filing cabinets.
So We had to empty all the filing cabinets. Still they Damaged my furniture! I was charged for cabinets with weights! But they were all empty! All 12 of them.
I should get a refund.
I Called the office two days to lodge my complaints and no body returned my call. Still waiting !!
Really bad!

The movers worked hard, but it took 9 hours instead of 4.5 hours estimated.... double!!
They broke the dresser draw, and cracked the 65” tv.
When I complained about it, the office manager blame me that I didn’t asked for a special box for the tv...! I need to ask? Or a special moving company need to offer me?
The funny thing is that the tv damage not even covered under the ridiculous $0.60 per pound. No compensation at all, thanks.
I paid almost $1,900 to move, but the damage was almost the same price.
Goodbye 2 men and a truck!
Never again, and never recommended to anyone.

The men took a long time and were extremely slow, we had to pay and additional almost 2 hours because they decided to take so many breaks. Also they did not have any wrapping for our artwork. We had to manually take them on our own, even though on the phone they said they will wrap the artwork. They took a big piece of artwork and chipped it. It was very disappointing with the lack professionalism these two men had. They also took an hour to figure out how to disassemble a bed frame. That seems like lack of training and experience from this reputable company. I will never recommend them nor use them again.

Have moved with you guys 4 times and this experience by far was the worst move I have ever encountered.
From furniture being damaged to my new home being damaged. I had to unwrap my furniture for some pieces were left with your blankets. I had to go to my old residence and remove your trash because the team never went back to collect their boxes and blankets and I had to move the remaining of my belongings with other people because the team just wouldn’t do it. I will never use this company again nor will I ever recommend this company. Lastly I pray you actually come through on the repairs to my home because between that and my damaged furniture I am out allot of money.

My experience as in dropping my dresser from the top of the truck; my experience as in splintering a crib for lack of wrapping; my experience with dropping a fabric stool ruining the fabric; you mean that kind of experience? I’ve used your company before & placed my trust in the movers. Come to find out they hand no moving experience/training and since my furniture went into a storage facility, who knows what else was damaged.

Local Asst Manager called to find out how the move went. Several days later, I have no resolution other than, “well our headquarters office will investigate”. Investigate exactly what? That my furniture was negligently damaged?

I WILL give a poor recommendation to your company because thus far, I’m the damaged party with no company follow up. SAD!

We were very pleased with the service. The movers were on time and worked very hard. There was some minor damage to a couple of pieces but the guys were honest and it was IKEA furniture so to be expected:) We were impressed and grateful to be done on a very tight timeline. I would definitely recommend.

The movers were careful, courteous and conscientious about protecting our furniture and safely moving our belongings. They went out of their way to ensure that our furniture was protected, that everything was done right and our things were placed where we wanted them. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
