Smooth easy move. The team answered all questions and made sure we were happy with the move. One hiccup where a bedroom mirror had broken during the move (things happen.) The movers took ownership of the issue advised their office and file a report with pictures of the damage. Tracey the QC Specialist called found a place to replace the mirror and picked up the affected piece.

I needed two strong men to move a sofa and a 55" TV with stand to another room on my home, Jose and Chris were wonderful! Tracey and Mark were super as well. I highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience. The movers wasted about 20 minutes explaining services and signing forms on the iPad before starting any work. I paid $500 for 2.15 hours but was charged for 3. It felt like they were dragging time just to increase the bill. Very disappointing, unprofessional, and not worth the money.
